MDC push-pull linear motion feedthroughs are the most basic of the manual motion devices offered in this catalog. They provide quick action linear motion via a stainless steel hand-held actuator shaft. They are typically operated by observing the motion process through a vacuum viewport. For quick and easy positioning reference the feedthrough body has been laser etched with linear travel graduation marks in increments of 0.025". An attractive black anodized finish provides high contrast visibility of the laser etched graduated scale. The actuator can be locked in position by simply tightening the position lock located at the top end of the actuator body.

Push-pull linear motion feedthroughs are offered in travel lengths between 1" and 6". They are constructed of the highest grade vacuum compatible materials. Welded stainless steel bellows and the use of linear bearing shaft supports provide reliability and smooth operation. Push-pull feedthroughs are available on industry standard Conflat® compatible Del-Seal™ CF metal seal flanges or ISO KF Kwik-Flange™ elastomer seal port mounts.
