Description
Sample transporters provide manually actuated linear travel and full 360º sample rotation, ideal for transporting samples between vacuum chambers. Linear positioning is controlled by sliding an external sleeve which is magnetically coupled with the transporter's rod and sample holder inside the system. The shaft is supported with Vespel® or stainless steel linear bearings. Optional linear guide rods can be added to these transporters to prevent sample rotation during linear travel. Magnetic transporters accept a complete range of Cab-Fast® and Auto- Dock™ in-vacuum sample handling accessories. Cab-Fast® and Auto-Dock™ sample handlers are specifically designed for use with the transporters featured in this catalog. Sample holding accessories are not included with transporters and must be purchased separately.
