My company has a tax exempt ID number, how can I apply it to my purchase order?


During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter your information into the boxes. There is an option to enter your tax exemption number. In addition please copy your tax exemption certificate and either fax it to (510) 887-3099 or email to ecutino@mdcvacuum.com.
