Bill LeBaron - Chief Executive Officer
Rick Kent - Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining MDC, Mr. Kent worked for Sunrise Telecom Incorporated where he served as Chief Financial Officer responsible for accounting, finance, investor relations, human resources and information systems. Rick led a number of initiatives at Sunrise including a reorganization that led to a significant reduction in annual operating expenses. Rick led the effort to develop strategic alternatives, evaluate ERP systems, and created business plans that positioned the company for profitable growth.
Prior to Sunrise, Rick served as Vice President of Finance with Natural Selection Foods, LLC. He also worked with RAMP Partners as their Managing Director. Rick also held CFO and COO positions with CIDCO Incorporated.
Mr. Kent received his BS Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting emphasis, from UC Berkeley. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mo Boukelif - Chief Operations Officer
Prior to joining MDC, Mo worked as Interim Executive for Wilton Brands Inc. Prior to Wilton, he held the position of Vice President of Operations for Oviso Manufacturing, Inc., where he had full P&L responsibility for all operations including manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and customer service. Mo was instrumental in developing critical operational plans that improved profitability and performance. Prior to Oviso, Maurice was COO of CompuDyne Corporation where he provided leadership to restructure the company operations which resulted in significant increase in productivity and profits.
Mo received his BS Industrial Engineering and Structural Engineering degrees from the University of Miami; MSC from Aston University; MSEE from Florida Atlanta University.
