The MDC product line has evolved against a backdrop of careful research and development as well as the implementation of the latest in automated manufacturing techniques. Multiple axis Mazak® CNC machining centers are at the heart of all metal machining operations at the Hayward, California facility. These sophisticated, robotically controlled machines are designed for continuous operation producing finished components from raw stainless steel. Engineering and design are routinely implemented using 3D Modeling/Solid-Works and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) computer work stations networked with one central system which is accessible to all production facilities. The main manufacturing facilities, located in Hayward, California, contains 107,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

Insulator Seal
Insulator Seals (ISI™) manufacturers Electrical & Optical Ceramic-to-Metal vacuum components. Their manufacturing facility is located in Sarasota, Florida. Our Ceramic Seals business has achieved a global reputation for its high quality manufacturing and fast delivery of thousands of electrical and optical vacuum components. Some of the products available from Insulator Seal include a complete line of thermocouple feedthroughs, single and double-ended multipin instrumentation feedthroughs, an extensive selection of industry standard coaxial instrumentation and power feedthroughs, high frequency RF power feedthroughs, electrical breaks and viewports as well as custom engineered products for exotic or demanding applications.

Gas Delivery Products & Services
MDC’s Gas Delivery Products are produced at our San Jose, California facility which has 15,000 sq. ft manufacturing area with a 1,700 sq. ft Class 100 clean room for ultra high purity welding and assembly and manual TIG welding, CNC and manual tube bending, and a machine shop.
